At its meeting in Seoul on Monday, 14 May 2018, the Asian Racing Federation Executive Council held elections for the offices of Chairman and two Vice-Chairs. These positions take effect from the conclusion of the 37th Asian Racing Conference to the conclusion of the 38th Asian Racing Conference.

Mr Winfried Engelbrecht-Bresges was re-elected as the ARF Chairman.

Election of Vice-Chair, Dr Makoto Inoue

Dr Makoto Inoue, Presidential Counsellor for International Affairs, Japan Racing Association, was re-elected as one of two ARF Vice-Chairs.

Election of Vice-Chair, Ms Frances Nelson QC

Frances Nelson, Chair of Racing Australia, was elected as one of two Vice-Chairs.
