About Us
The National Horseracing Authority (NHA) is the body which regulates horseracing in South Africa and Zimbabwe. Regulation is performed through the "Constitution and Rules of the National Horseracing Authority of Southern Africa" (the "Constitution and Rules").
The Constitution and Rules require that various registrations must take place for which often there is a fee associated.
This site allows the registrations to be conducted over the internet. It also allows for payment to be made for those registrations.
Use of Site
You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase. This site and the content provided in this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed.
