The particulars being that as the rider of LUNA HALO, he failed to ensure that he did not cause interference to CRIMSON PRINCESS and TIME FOR LOVE at the 300m, in Race 6 at Fairview Racecourse on 02 August 2024.
Jockey Veale pleaded guilty to the charge.

Jockey Gates pleaded not guilty but was found guilty of the charge.
